Leziate is a hamlet and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. The village is 44 miles (71 km) west of Norwich, 5.7 miles (9.2 km) east of King's Lynn and 106 miles (171 km) north-northeast of London. The village is located a small distance south of the B1145, a route which runs between King's Lynn and Aylsham. The nearest railway station is at King's Lynn for the Fen Line which runs between King's Lynn and Cambridge. The parish of Leziate had a population of 581 at the 2001 UK census, increasing to 592 at the 2011 UK census.

In 1935 the parish of Leziate was expanded when it absorbed the neighbouring parish of Ashwicken, adding 1336 acres and a population of 131. (Source: A Vision of Britain through Time)

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Leziate from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

"LEZIATE, a parish in Freebridge-Lynn [registration] district, Norfolk; 2½ miles N of East Winch [railway] station, and 4½ E of Kings-Lynn. Post town, {King's] Lynn. Acres: 1,469. Real property: £1,494. Population: 197. Houses: 44. The property is divided among four. About 104 acres are rabbit warren and common. The living is a rectory, annexed to the rectory of Ashwicken, in the diocese of Norwich. There is no church."
