Lake Junaluska is a census-designated place (CDP) in Haywood County, North Carolina, USA. The population was 2,675 at the 2000 census. It is notable as the site of the headquarters of the World Methodist Council, a consultative body linking almost all churches in the Methodist tradition. It is also a camp and conference center for the Southeastern Jurisdiction of the US United Methodist Church (see Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center).
