Kirby Misperton is a small village and civil parish in the Ryedale District of North Yorkshire, England. It is located about 4 miles south from Pickering by road and about 7½ miles north from Malton. It is just west of the A169 road.

Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, Kirby Misperton was located in Pickering Rural District. Historically, it was an ecclesiastical parish in the Pickering Lythe Wapentake. It was in the Pickering Registration District.
