Kāanapali is a census-designated place (CDP) in Maui County, , United States. The population was 1,045 at the 2010 census. The master-planned town is located in the Old Hawaii ahupuaa of Hanakao`o, as in the same name of the southern end of Kaanapali Beach's Hanakao`o Canoe Beach.
