Iberia Parish is a parish located in the U.S. state of Louisiana. As of the 2010 census, the population was 73,240. The parish seat is New Iberia. The parish was formed in 1868 and named for the Iberian Peninsula.

Iberia Parish is part of the Lafayette, Louisiana Metropolitan Statistical Area.
