Hickman County is a county located in the U.S. state of Tennessee. As of 2010, its population is 24,690. Its county seat is Centerville. It was named for Edwin Hickman, a pioneer settler and explorer who was killed by Indians in the area in 1791.
Hickman County is part of the Nashville-Davidson–Murfreesboro–Franklin Metropolitan Statistical Area.
