Hermon is a town in Penobscot County, Maine, United States. The population was 5,416 at the 2010 census.
The town was headquarters to the Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway, a regional line which ran from Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec eastward to Bangor, Maine and the coast.
