Headington Rural District existed from 1894 until 1932 in Oxfordshire, England. It was located to the northwest of Oxford.

It was abolished in 1932 and the parishes it contained were divided between the Ploughley Rural District and the Bullingdon Rural District. Since 1974 the area has been part of the Cherwell District for the northern part and the South Oxfordshire District for the southern part.
