Harefield is a village in the London Borough of Hillingdon in northwest London, England. It is situated on top of a hill, northwest of Charing Cross, near the Greater London boundary with Buckinghamshire to the west and Hertfordshire to the north. The area is famous for its local hospital, Harefield Hospital, where pioneering heart surgery techniques were developed.

The village fête is held annually in July.

The population of Harefield was recorded as 7,522 in 2008, by the Office for National Statistics.

Harefield is one of the ancient parishes of Middlesex. From 1894 to 1929 it was part of Uxbridge Rural District and from 1929 to 1938 it was part of Uxbridge Urban District. In 1938 all the parishes within Uxbridge Urban District were merged into the parish of Uxbridge. Since 1965 the former territory of Harefield has been part of the London Borough of Hillingdon.
