Hainford (originally Haynford) is a village and civil parish in Norfolk, England. It covers an area of 6.94 km2 (2.68 sq mi) and had a population of 951 in 365 households at the 2001 UK census, increasing to a population of 989 in 391 households at the 2011 UK Census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the District of Broadland.

Hainford is situated close to the A140 road. The parish is bordered by Hevingham to the north, Buxton to the northeast, Frettenham to the east, Spixworth to the southeast, Horsham St. Faith and Newton St. Faith to the south, Horsford to the west and Stratton Strawless to the northwest.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Hainford from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

"HAINFORD, or HAYNFORD, a parish in St. Faith [registration] district, Norfolk; near the river Bure and the line of proected railway from Norwich to Cromer, 7 miles N of Norwich. Post town, Coltishall, under Norwich. Acres: 1,600. Real property: £3,350. Population: 643. Houses: 147. The property is divided among a few. The manor belongs to R. P. Marsham, Esq. The living is a recory in the diocese of Norwich. Value: £425. Patron: Rev. Henry P. Marsham. The church was built in 1840. There are a Primitive Methodist chapel, a national school, and charities £142."
