Great Dunham is a village and civil parish situated in the Breckland District of Norfolk, England and covers an area of 818 hectares (3.16 square miles). Its measured population at the UK census of 2011 was 344 including its small neighbour Kempston whose population was less than 100 inhabitants. The village lies 1.5 miles (2.4 km) north of its sister village Little Dunham and 7 miles (11 km) by road northeast of Swaffham.

Its Anglican church is dedicated to St. Andrew.

Great Denham used to have a smock mill which was superseded by a tower mill. The tower mill is now derelict.
