Graniczna Wieś (literally meaning "boundary village") is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Trąbki Wielkie, within Gdańsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately west of Trąbki Wielkie, south-west of Pruszcz Gdański, and south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

During the Second World War Graniczna Wieś was the site of subcamp Grenzdorf of the Stutthof concentration camp.

The village has a population of 252.
