Georgetown Charter Township is a charter township of Ottawa County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 41,658 at the 2000 census. It includes the unincorporated community of Jenison, which includes about half the township's population.

In the traditional township numbering for the State of Michigan, Georgetown Township is T 6 N, R 13 W with some additions and deletions from T 7 N, R 13 W to accommodate the Grand River.
