Fossoway is a parish in the traditional county of Kinross-shire. It is bounded by the parishes of Dunning, Orwell, Kinross, Cleish, Torryburn, Saline, Clackmannan, Dollar, Muckart, and Glendevon

The parish, sometimes referred to as Fossoway and Tulliebole, was created by the uniting of the parish of Fossoway and the parish of Tulliebole, in 1614.

Before 1891, much of the parish was in located in the traditional county of Perthshire, with a portion in Kinross-shire. In 1891, the Boundary Commisioners changed the boundaries. Parts of the parish were transferred to the parish of Glendevon in Perthshire. The resulting smaller parish was placed wholly in Kinross-shire.
