Flaxton is a small village and civil parish in the Ryedale district of North Yorkshire, England. It is close to the A64 between York and Malton.
Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, Flaxton was part of Flaxton Rural District. Historically, it was located in the ecclesiastical parish of Bossall in the Bulmer Wapentake.
