Fawfieldhead is a civil parish in Staffordshire, England. It is situated north-east of Leek and south of Buxton, in the Peak District National Park. From 1894 until 1974 it was part of the Leek Rural District and since 1974 it has been part of the Staffordshire Moorlands municipal district.

A 19th century description

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Fawfieldhead from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72:

"FAWFIELD HEAD, a township in Allstonefield parish, Stafford; 7½ miles NE by N of Leek. Real property: £4,298. Population: 817. Houses: 175. There are two small churches, and two Wesleyan chapels."
