Epsom Rural District existed from 1894 until 1933 in Surrey, England. Rural districts were a type of local government area – now superseded – established at the end of the 19th century in England, Wales, and Ireland for the administration of predominantly rural areas at a level lower than that of the administrative counties. Epsom Rural District was located around the town of Epsom. The area was gradually becoming more and more built up as it was on the fringe of London.

In 1933 the rural district was abolished and its parishes split between a total of eight urban districts and one rural district. Some of the urban districts, e.g., Banstead, were newly-formed in 1933.
