East Stow Rural District existed in the historic county of Suffolk and the administrative county of East Suffolk from 1894 until 1934. It replaced part of Stow Rural Sanitary District (which also included the town of Stow) in 1894. In 1934 the majority of its area was transferred to Gipping Rural District and the remainder was transferred to Stowmarket Urban District.
