East Rudham is a village and civil parish in Norfolk, England. It covers an area of 17.94 km2 (6.93 sq mi) and had a population of 525 in 240 households at the 2001 UK census, increasing to 541 at the 2011 UK census. Population figures include the almost deserted hamlet and former civil parish of Broomsthorpe. For the purposes of local government, East Rudham falls within the District of King's Lynn and West Norfolk.

The village straddles the A148 King's Lynn to Cromer road. It once had its own East Rudham station on the line between King's Lynn and Melton Constable.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of East Rudham from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

"RUDHAM (East), a village and a parish in Docking [registration] district, Norfolk. The village stands 6 1\2 miles W of Fakenham [railway] station; and has a post-office under Brandon, and fairs on 17 May and 14 Oct. The parish comprises 4,231 acres. Rated property: £3,799. Population: 956. Houses: 205. The property is divided among a few. The living is a vicarage, united with West Rudham, in the diocese of Norwich. Value: £560. Patron: Marquis Townshend. The church is good. There are chapels for Wesleyans and Primitive Methodists, a national school, and a fuel allotment."
