East Pennsboro Township is a township in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 18,254 at the 2000 census. In 1990 the township had a population of 16,588. East Pennsboro is the second largest municipality in Cumberland County. The township is located along the western banks of the Susquehanna River, near Harrisburg. There are many large corporations based in East Pennsboro Township that use the Camp Hill postal address, including the Rite Aid Corporation, and Gannett Fleming Inc.
In 1860 and 1870 East Pennsboro township encompassed the territory that later became the borough of Camp Hill and Hampden Township.
