Research Tips

East Barnet is one of the ancient parishes of Hertfordshire. In 1894 it became part of East Barnet Urban District, which also included Monken Hadley and Barnet Vale. East Barnet Urban District was abolished in 1965, becoming part of the London Borough of Barnet.
