Dix Hills is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) on Long Island in the town of Huntington in Suffolk County, New York, United States. Dix Hills was named one of the most affluent U.S. neighborhood by Forbes. It is one of the most affluent communities in the state and is among the wealthiest towns in the United States. The population was 26,892 at the 2010 census.
