Darke County is a county located in the state of Ohio, United States. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 52,959, which is a decrease of 0.7% from 53,309 in 2000. Its county seat is Greenville and is named for William Darke, an officer in the Revolution.
The Greenville Micropolitan Statistical Area includes all of Darke County.
