This is a small private cemetery belonging to the family of Charles Curtis, 31st Vice-President of the United States from 1929-1933 under President Herbert Hoover. Charles Curtis is buried in Topeka Cemetery, but many of his family members are buried here. This cemetery is on private property.

The cemetery as at the end of a dirt road on the north side of NW Harrison St.
