The cemetery is located along CR (County Road) 3 just east of the intersection of CR3 and CR5. The cemetery is located on the south side of the road on a small knoll that overlooks CR3. The cemetery is across the road from the driveway that leads up to Fitzsimmons Cemetery.
The cemetery is well tended, but not fenced nor gated and has no signage.

This cemetery is located on Friendship Ridge. From New Martinsville, go out Doolin Run Road. At the top of the hill, there are two roads. Off to the right is Limestone and off to the left is Huff Ridge. Keep going straight. About a quarter of a mile and on the right is the Clark Cemetery. The cemetery is approx 5.8 miles from New Martinsville. There are some unmarked graves and some marked only by fieldstone. The stones are very old and hard to read. It was read 26 Jun 2007 by Nora and Bonnie Hostutler. Additional information provided by Karen Hucko.
