Location: T-7-N; R-5-E; Section 25 (East side of the Alabama River and North of U. S. Highway 84) T-7-N; R-6-E; Section 30 (NW 1/4 west of the road)

The back of this cemetery is to the Alabama River and there is a deep wooded gorge between the river and this cemetery. Across this gorge is the hill or bank of the river that it is reported "Red Eagle", William Weatherford, plunged on horseback into the river. This story is not verified.
