Charlton on Otmoor is a village and civil parish in the Cherwell District of Oxfordshire, England, about 4 miles (6.4 km) south of Bicester. The village is near the River Ray on the northern edge of Otmoor, an area of wetland and wet grassland located halfway between Oxford and Bicester. The 2011 UK census recorded the parish's population as 449.
