Champaign County is a county located in the state of Ohio, United States. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 40,097, which is an increase of 3.1% from 38,890 in 2000. Its county seat is Urbana. It takes its name from the French word for "open level country".
The Urbana Micropolitan Statistical Area includes all of Champaign County.
