Casey is a city in Adair and Guthrie Counties in the U.S. state of Iowa. The population was 426 at the 2010 census.

The Guthrie County portion of Casey is part of the Des Moines–West Des Moines Metropolitan Statistical Area. Ironically, considering the company's Iowa roots and the town's population and proximity to Interstate 80, there is no Casey's in Casey, but there is a Kum and Go.
