Caldbergh with East Scrafton (#5 on map) is a civil parish in the Richmondshire district of North Yorkshire, England. The parish includes the settlements of Caldbergh and East Scrafton. The population of the parish was estimated at 40 in 2013.

Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, the civil parish of Caldbergh with East Scrafton was located in Leyburn Rural District. Historically, the two hamlets were located in the ecclesiastical parish of Coverham in the Hang West Wapentake.

Caldbergh ("Caldeber" in the Domesday Book) is a hamlet within the Yorkshire Dales in North Yorkshire. It lies about four miles south of Leyburn. The hamlets of East Scrafton and Coverham are nearby.

East Scrafton is is about 3 miles (5 km) southwest of Leyburn. It has a ruined chapel of ease dedicated to St Simon and St Jude. There is also a smaller West Scrafton (#32) to the west.
