Caio (roughly pronounced 'C-eye-oh') is a tiny village between Llandovery, Llandeilo and Lampeter set in one of the beautiful Vales of Dyfed (now Carmarthenshire) at the southern tip of the Cambrian Mountains and beside the Brecon Beacons National Park.
