Beekmantown is a town in Clinton County, New York, United States. The population was 5,545 at the 2010 census. The town name is that of William Beekman, an original landowner.

The "Town of Beekmantown" is on the east border of the county, just north of Plattsburgh. Those who live in this area attend the Beekmantown Central School District (K-12) . Beekmantown's elementary school is split into two separate schools: Beekmantown Elementary and Cumberland Head Elementary (CHES) . Children who live in Beekmantown and parts of Morrisnville, Point Au Rouche and West Saranac attend Beekmantown elementary. Those who live in Cumberland Head and parts of the town of Plattsburgh attend CHES. At grade 6, both schools join together to form Beekmantown Middle school (6-8) . Once the students have completed middle school, they go to Beekmantown High School. BHS is connected to BMS, however they have separate gyms, locker rooms, hallways and classrooms. Beekmantown rates #1 in many sports and includes a state-of-the-art fitness center. It's located on Spellman rd, approximately 15 minutes away from the city of Plattsburgh.
