Bardfield Saling is a village and civil parish in Essex, England. It is located approximately 8 km (5.0 mi) west-northwest of Braintree and is 12 miles (19 km) north from the county town of Chelmsford. The village is in the district of Braintree. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 179.

Bardfield Saling was part of the Dunmow Rural District from 1894 until 1933 when it was transferred to Braintree Rural District, and since 1974 it has been located in the Braintree District of Essex.
