Ascott under Wychwood is a village and civil parish in the Evenlode valley about 4.5 miles (7 km) south of Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England. The 2011 UK Census recorded the parish's population as 560.

It was a chapelry in the ancient parish of Shipton under Wychwood.
