All Saints Cemetery is managed by Catholic Cemeteries, Inc., an institution established in 1876. The Cemetery was opened in 1958 and became the second cemetery for the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington. Aerial imagery from October 2007 shows large tracts of open land suitable for expansion of the interred population. The grounds are located "on the Kirkwood Highway near Newark".
