Alderminster is a village and civil parish in the Stratford-on-Avon district of Warwickshire, England. It is on the River Stour and the A3400, between Stratford-upon-Avon and Shipston-on-Stour. Nearby places are Wimpstone, Atherstone-on-Stour and Newbold-on-Stour. In the 2001 census, the parish had a population of 452.

Historically part of Worcestershire, it was originally part of Shipston on Stour Rural District. In 1931 it was transferred to the Warwickshire Stratford on Avon Rural District.

The first mention of a post office in the village is in July 1849, when a type of postmark known as an undated circle was issued. The post office closed in 1973.

It was one of the filming locations of MGM's 1963 horror film The Haunting.
