Aetna Township is a civil township of Missaukee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the township population was 491.

In the traditional township numbering for the State of Michigan, Hanover Township is T 22 N, R 6 W.

Michigan also has a township of the same name in Mecosta County.
