Adair County is a county located in the U.S. state of Iowa. The population was 7,682 at the 2010 census, a decline from 8,243 in 2000.[1][2] Its county seat is Greenfield.
The county is part of Iowa's 5th congressional district, which has a score of R+9 (strongly Republican) in the Cook Partisan Voting Index.
