Is this his Death?: "Michigan, Deaths, 1867-1897," index and images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/N3XY-24L : accessed 12 Nov 2013), Pieter W. Dykema, 24 Jan 1887.--henk 08:04, 12 November 2013 (UTC)

The information looks like it works well together for the most part. Only thing that is off a bit is the 85 years 7 months 8 days. But since don't have exact birth date it could work out well. With this info. birthday should be 16 JUL 1801. Baptism is 27 SEP 1801. Does it sound plausible that the baptism happened 2 months later. Most that I have found have been within days of birth. Let me know what you think before I or you enter the death info.--Parkave777 12:21, 12 November 2013 (UTC)

Normally spoken a baptism would take place the Sunday next to the Birth, but of course there could be circimstances that it took place later, wasn't Pieters father a skipper? Pieter might be born on board and they waited till getting back home

Yes, that works out then. Will go ahead and make that his death. It all seems to work well.--Parkave777 13:00, 12 November 2013 (UTC)

Anna, perhaps a niece, daughter of Person:Willem Dijkema (2)? I haven't been following your edits on the Dijkema's closely, the info on Anna was included just as an FYI ;) --Jennifer (JBS66) 14:38, 12 November 2013 (UTC)
