Wrong George Wheeler [16 November 2009]

The alternate birth on this page of 31 MAR 1632 in Cranfield Parish, Bedfordhire, England belongs to Mary Wheeler, d/o George Wheeler of East End. This is a different George Wheeler. The George Wheeler of Concord was George Wheeler of Wharley End as shown by the baptism of his son Thomas on 14 Aug 1633. The actual baptism date reported for Mary is 31 Mar 1633, which means she and Thomas must be from different families. It is actually misreported on this page, probably trying to make Mary fit in this family, when she does not. Presumably the alternate death of 1633 goes with this birth, though it is not listed in the burials at Cranfield. (See Source:The American Genealogist, p. 27:121-4.)
