Is this supposed to be the 1629 immigrant John Strickland? He died in 1672, but Great Migration, based on Jacobus and others, calls his origin and wife unknown, and identifies four daughters who married Jonas Wood "Oram", John Lum, John Smith "Blue" of Hempstead, and Timothy Wood and Samuel Matthews, citing TAG 11:81-87, 145-53, 197-208, TAG 20:207-15, 21:85-92, and NYGBR 120:1-9, 98-101, 142-47, 229-36, 121:96-101. --Amelia 22:54, 21 April 2010 (EDT)

It is the same man. The Jane Fenwick is the erroneous spouse giving to this man on numerous online trees, and in fact I found a thread mentioning that GM showed what the definitive sources for this immigrant are. I will clean this up. User:DMaxwell
