deleting middle name [1 September 2013]

I am unsure where the middle name of 'Samuel' originated. I believe it is highly unlikely that Henry had a middle name as they were not common before the Revolution and the separation from the Anglican church. So I am removing his middle name. If someone has well sourced info that Henry had such a middle name, please put it back with the source. --janiejac 23:32, 1 September 2013 (EDT)
