Identity of the wife of James Close [20 October 2014]

The identification of Hannah Kitchen, wife of James Close, as the Hannah Kitchen born 28 Sep 1824 in Skircoat and baptized 26 Dec 1824, as opposed to the Hannah Kitchen baptized 7 Aug 1825 in Sowerby Bridge, is based on a handful of public member trees at Ancestry.com. The fact that these trees identify her mother as Elizabeth Hadfield coincides with the mention of an Elizabeth Hatfield as grandmother of her husband in the GEDCOM originally uploaded to WeRelate (by Just Alf), which appears to have been an error (little detail given). At least one of the Ancestry.com trees has an exact date and place of the marriage of James Close and Hannah Kitchen - it is possible that the marriage record gives the names of her parents.--DataAnalyst 01:13, 21 October 2014 (UTC)
