From Gruffydd Ap Llewelyn (1): Disappearing sources [25 February 2013]

Sorry, I am still somewhat new to WR (OK, less than 2 years), and I am not entirely clear on what happens during merges. Was the removal of all the sources for Gruffudd except Cawley an unavoidable consequence of the merging process, or a conscious decision?--Werebear 18:18, 22 February 2013 (EST)

I would say it was a mistake on the part of that person. I also wouldn't have preserved the "Gruffydd Ap Llewelyn" name in preference to "Gruffydd ap Llewelyn". In circumstances of this sort, we can look at "what links here", and find the most recent page that redirects. That page will be the original, and we can look to it for the complete version. Sorry, I'm probably the guilty party. There were several duplicates for this family and I tried to merge them. I realized some information was lost, but didn't know how to get it back. I just wanted to let you know I did not drop the sources intentionally.--Tammyhensel 20:42, 24 February 2013 (EST)
