Death Date Mixup? [9 January 2010]

It is often cited, as this page current shows, that Frances died 12 Aug 1721 Lincoln, Mass.

The problem with this is that this is the exact same date her husband died according to VR Weston. The coincidence of date would be unusual unless there was an Indian attack, house fire, or some similar disaster, of which there is no notice given. Frances' own death record is not found by my search in Lincoln nor Weston, nor anywhere else according to Edmund Rice Association. So one must suspect that sources giving this date are simply propagating somebody's clerical error.

The Edmund Rice Association says for Frances that she died abt. 1767 based on newspaper reports that she lived to be 96. Until some better source is found, this is, from my searching, the most likely idea of her death date. --Jrich 10:12, 9 January 2010 (EST)
