Place names [1 August 2015]

It appears that several different places have been merged in different ways. Inkberrow is in Worcestershire about 12 miles East of Worcester. Alcester is in Warwickshire about 6 miles East of Inkberrow. Malford or Christian Malford is in Wiltshire about 70 miles south of Inkberrow and was the home of Thomas Brown of Mewbury, not of Nicholas who was from Inkberrow. Sorting Brown(e)'s is a challange because there are so many of them.--Scot 12:12, 23 May 2009 (EDT)

Despite the county border, Inkberrow and Alcester are quite close together. In the 1800s Inkberrow was in the Alcester Registration District.
