Great example of wiki collaboration [27 June 2009]

LOVING WeRelate today. What a great example this page has been of collaborating to clean up a Person page.

1. I was notified that a change had been made (from a merge, I believe).
2. Since this is a direct line of my husband's that I'm working on, I spent a bit of time examining the details, and made a few changes.
3. A third person came a long and made some additional edits;
4. Said edits caused me to do some further digging into all the "referenced" articles mentioned, where I found a slew of both interesting data and a lot of errors, so I updated the page further.

The result?

We don't know what the heck her maiden name was. And we've laid out, I think (I think it could be even clearer), how the flummox of her maiden or previously married name was created, and then cleaned it up.

I think this page is a candidate for a highlighted page-- not necessarily for its content or presentation but for the back-and-forth that is resulting in a much improved page.
