    Zina Bradley Buckman, 75, former editor and publisher of the Ogdenburg News and retired United States Deputy Customs collector, died Thursday in Ottawa. With his brother, the late Harry Buckman, foreman at the Courier & Freeman office, he ran the Ogdenburg paper for a number of years and then entered government employ, serving as deputy collector from 1899 until 1932.

    Funeral services for Zina Bradley Buckman, brother of the late Harry C. Buckman, formerly of this place, occurred at Ottawa last week. Mr. Buckman was at one time editor of the Ogdensburg News and later became United States Deputy Collector retiring in 1892.
