    I Zerujah Howland of Hanson in the county of Plymouth and commonwealth of Massachusetts, Single woman, do hereby make & publish this my last will and testament, in the manner & form following, that is to say,
    First, I give bequeath and devise to my sister Lucena Ford, wife of William Ford, her heirs and assigns forever fifty dollars.
    Second, I give and bequeath, to Joseph Carey Allen, son of Joseph & my niece Diana Allen, his heirs and assigns forever thirty dollars.
    Thirdly, I also give bequeath and device, all the remainder of my estate, inclusive of debts, to my friends and heirs according to the inscription of their respective names, viz.
    my niece Mahitable Keen, wife of Ebenezar B. Keen.
    Eliza Allen, Daniel Allen, Diana Allen and the aforesaid Joseph Carey Allen children of Joseph and Diana Allen: the said remainder of my estate I intend to be equally divided among the aforesaid heirs and to be theirs, their heirs and assigns forever.
    Fourthly, I do hereby make, constitute and appoint Daniel Allen above mentioned sole Executor of this my last will & testament.
    Lastly, I do hereby make & annul all former wills by me made.
