    [Note: this is belied by his will dated 4 Aug 1772. There is a probate document dated 14 Aug 1772, but the similarity of the date of proving the will, 14 Sep 1772, makes it unclear if this was an error. So the only thing that seems safe to say if that he died between 4 Aug 1772 and 14 Sep 1772.]

Yeoman", dated 4 Aug 1772, proved 14 Sep 1772, names wife Mary [legacy includes bond of her Brother Joseph Jenneson]; son Elias, Zecheus, Aaron, and Percival [under 21]; daughters Mary Gilbert, Jane Hall, Lydia Hall [under 18]. Son Elias to be sold Executor.
    14 Aug [sic] 1772: Consent to approve will signed by Mary Hall, Zaccheus Hall, Aaron Hall, Mary Gilbert, and Jane Hall
    14 Sep 1772: Memorial of Mary Hall that she is satisfied with legacy given her by Late Husband Zacheus Hall Late of New Braintree De'd in full of her dower.
